Service Description

Level II – Tactical Carbine is a performance-driven course tailored for shooters ready to advance beyond the basics & perform confidently under pressure. Designed for intermediate-level practitioners, this course focuses on refining fundamental carbine skills and reinforcing critical tasks required in tactical scenarios. Students will build on their foundation—loading and unloading procedures, immediate action drills, sight picture and alignment, and basic marksmanship by integrating stress, time, and movement into training. Emphasis is placed on clean weapon manipulation, efficient reloads, and effective malfunction clearance procedures to ensure performance in real-world conditions. Although this course does not include live fire while moving, students will engage in high-tempo drills that demand precision, quick transitions between targets, and efficient use of cover and space. A deep dive into sight picture variations, shooting positions, and trigger mechanics under pressure will sharpen each participant’s ability to shoot accurately and decisively. Course Objectives: - Refine marksmanship fundamentals under stress - Improve trigger control and sight picture application - Reinforce reload mechanics and immediate action drills - Master common malfunction clearance techniques - Enhance efficiency in target-to-target transitions - Maintain composure, accuracy, and safety under time constraints - Strengthen “basics on demand” capability for real-world defensive use Who Should Attend: This course is for intermediate shooters who have completed a basic carbine course and are confident in safe rifle handling, ready to evolve their skills through structured, mentally and physically challenging training. It’s ideal for individuals seeking to sharpen fundamentals and expand their tactical training toolbox. Equipment Requirements: - AR-15 or AR-style carbine (alternate platforms considered on a case-by-case basis) - Three rifle magazines - Magazine pouch - Eye protection (wraparound, polycarbonate, or equivalent) - Ear protection (electronic preferred) - Appropriate range attire: long pants, closed-toe shoes, and a crew-neck or button-up shirt (no low necklines) Note: This course emphasizes controlled performance and stress application. There is no live-fire movement in this class. Movement concepts may be introduced through dry-fire or coaching, if time permits.

Course/Event Cancellations or Transfers LESS Than 14 Days Before Start Date Students canceling less than 14 days before the start date of the course/event will receive a PARTIAL REFUND of 75% of the fee paid.
